By using YR Couriers’ services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities regarding shipments, liabilities, and services.

2. Service Scope

YR Couriers offers shipping, handling, and delivery services for domestic incoming packages from the United States of America. All shipments are subject to customs regulations, carrier restrictions, and local laws.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details, including name, address, and contact information.

• Prohibited or restricted items, such as hazardous materials, perishables, and illegal goods, must not be shipped.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with import regulations and pay any applicable duties or taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• YR Couriers is not liable for delays beyond our control.

• Packages must be collected within 7 days of receipt of your generated invoice, or storage fees may apply.

5. Fees & Payments

• Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

• All payments must be made BEFORE delivery, whether by cash or bank transfer.

• Failure to pay may result in package withholding or additional charges.

6. Liability & Claims

• YR Couriers is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

• Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Compensation is limited to the declared value or as per carrier policies.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

• We do not accept shipments containing explosives, firearms, flammable materials, live animals, or perishable goods.

• Shipments containing prohibited items will be refused, and customers may be subject to legal action.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable in cases of service failure directly caused by YR Couriers.

9. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for shipping purposes.

• We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

10. Amendments

YR Couriers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via our website or email.
